MG20 Iron and Hydrogen Sulfide System.  Two Cubic Foot of filter media in a 12" x 48" tank.  High Quality* water at 5.5 GPM. Water with a pH lower than 6.5 will cause the system to operate at less than 100%.  A pH adjusting filter will be required.  pH systems page. Larger systems for large families or very high iron are also available. 2.5,  3.5 and 4 cubic foot systems are also available for homes requiring flow rates 6.5 GPM and up. Utility Quality:

• Flow rates listed are at peak design. Operation at higher flow rates not recommended.
• Satisfactory water quality
• Shorter on line time.
• Recommended for influent suspended solids loads less than 150 ppm.

High Quality

• Well suited for many filtering applications
• Very good water quality
• Moderate time on line between backwashing
• Increased pressure loss
• Recommended for influent suspended solids loads less than 300 ppm.

Excellent Quality

• Recommended for most filtering applications under all operating conditions.
• Best Quality water; Maximum particle removal.
• Maximum time on line between backwashing.
• Lowest pressure loss.
• Recommended for influent suspended solids loads up to and greater than 300 ppm.
